My mother was placed here in December and I've had nothing but problems with getting ahold of the manager . I have called for a week also showed up at location no one is ever there. I need things done and signed for my mother. This place promise you they are on top of things , told I would get phone call back which never happens. I want to know who even works there?? These people want their money only but doesn't want to help their residents at all. This place needs upgrades and better people working there to get things done correctly.

This place is a horrible place to live. They do not keep the property up. I have seen much better low income housing in other areas. Better properties is Pecan Place , better management. Management at Katy Creek does not care about people who live there.

Tenants seem nice but management does not take care of their residents. Every tenant I spoke with had nothing good to say about management!

Okay rough getting deposit paid $700. Very quiet and comfortable.8mos.since moved in.

Melody is awesome.Have the Love for each of us at Katy Creek.We Love her as well.She has done more for these apts.than any of the others Mangers.We are Blessed to have Melody.
