034Motorsport - Service Department

I was in the south bay and had some questions regarding my suspension set up. 034 was able to squeeze me in for an alignment. They suggested a great spec for every day driving with characteristics to take advantage of it being lowered. The camber is perfect and very fun to drive. Having a slight bit of correction really brings out the front and rear sway bar mannerisms. Great group of guys there. Young blood Alex has a future there. Keep up the passion and attention to the details. Thank you.

The staff at 034Motorsport are fantastic. I found them through a recommendation from a friend when my car went out of warranty. They have taken care of my Q7 for 3 years now. They are honest, responsive, and accommodating - and for a working mom that relies on my car to be able to get things done, that's really important. I have been able to get appointments for routine services and any time my car decides it wants to act up. Communication is really easy. They send me estimates prior to any services. They really take great care of my car and I never leave feeling like I got taken advantage of.

I took my 2014 Audi S4 into 034 Motorsports for new wheels and tires. I was met with some of the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy, that I've ever seen at any auto shop ever. Anthony, helped answer all my questions and quickly ordered and scheduled my new wheels and tires to be installed. Installation was quick and their facility was super neat and clean. I plan on returning to 034 Motorsports (Fremont) for future upgrades and repairs. Thanks again for the amazing service, parts, and shop experience.

I wanted to share my great experience with Scott the Software Support Specialist. I messed up my 034 SPI account up. I emailed them and even though it was the same week as Christmas he replied super fast. He got my account straightened out. He then replied to some more questions I had before and after my tune install. He was patient and of great help. I sincerely hope he and his management staff see this review as this fly right in the face of the probably exaggerated claims of poor communication this company has on message boards and other social media.
