Heard they were under new management so I tried them out again. SO much better! Customer service was amazing and they had in depth questions that got me the correct part. Delivery times were better and everyone was professional and knew what they were talking about. Will definitely be using them again. New management is doing a GREAT job!!

New management has done a great job of cleaning the place up ! The staff was quite friendly and the service was quick. Customer support was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Affordable prices for quality parts :)

Bought a radiator that I have not used and Mr. Beachum wont honor a refund. Policy is exchanges only but the receipt says refund on products not used exchanges on faulty products only. I would shop at a local auto parts store like Oreilys. Spoke with the guy and he seemed like a stand up guy. He wont even return an email. My mind has changed about the guy. Even though he gave me a discount his original price was still higher than Oreilys. If I would of went to Oreilys I would of already have received my refund for an unused product still in the box and not even opened. This is my second time buying from him and the last. No more business for Mr. Beachum on my behalf. Go with a store that has a refund policy in case things change after buying a product. Ill be letting my contacts know not t

Dont believe any of these reviews. They were written by employees. Horrible service, only cares about money. They dont even staff office people here. All calls are taken in Texas and then given to a contract driver like Uber to deliver your part. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local part store where you know the guy

terrible ownership they DO NOT LIKE ANY LATINOS or AFRICAN AMERICANS. got fired from them for helping "vato shops" never meant any rasict owners unprofessional. will soon be closed they don't care about any customers just care about there $ . do yourself a favor and go to FMP behind them very professional and respectful .
