The young man that called me about my order was/is very professional. As far as I’m concerned, he went beyond the call of duty to find out where my order was (because it wasn’t coming from his warehouse) and what time to expect it and he was able to give me the tracking number. I forgot to get his name, but I just want to tell him thank you again.
We have purchased often from here to complete customer repairs at Miami Valley Truck Repair. The quality has been good and the price is right. We had an issue one time with a part that was delivered. The company made it right quickly and easily.

I work at Tire discounters. And this place sent me a radiator for a job that needed to go out. The radiator was no good and wouldn’t do any thing to take care of it. I told them how do they expect me to depend on there parts to work when I have to get a new one I have to wait until Monday? I don’t know how you do business but if I had a bad part I would be sending a courier, or Uber to deliver this part any way so it’s made right. Maybe Tire discounters should re considering doing business with this company. Or make this right for us today. Thank you
Great service and prices, fuel pumps were questionable a couple years ago... but so was everyone else. So we've been doing OE since. Hopefully they sorted that out by now.
