I've been in business with Frank and his team for more than a year now, and their service is unmatched. I've completely transitioned all my AC parts from dealership purchases to 1800 Radiators within the matter of weeks of our trial phase. My costs are down up to 50%, and their reliability is unbelievable. A single Defect in a stack of hundreds I've purchased, and even then i had it replaced with no hassle in a mere day. Even after missing my payments, they've been willing to continue servicing me with no hesitation, fulfilling all my orders. I've recommended Frank to our friends across the street at Bristol Truck Repair, and they couldn't be more than happy to cut their costs as we did. Frank even went out his way and matched our pricing out of courtesy. Definitely Recommend!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have done business with this company for years and this was my very first time needing to refund an item. Based on the customer service alone, they have lost a customer. We called to inquire about a refund that was supposed to be applied to our account and was met by a VERY rude customer service representative. She told us that it is store credit only and it was our fault for not reading the fine print. I TRIED to explain that the part was returned in person in Westville and was told we would receive a refund. I say “tried” because the woman would not let me speak.
