I am writing this to save other businesses and individuals the headache of dealing with 1-800-Radiator. Once a reliable supplier, they have shifted toward distributing low-quality components and failing to honor their professional commitments. Key Issues Encountered: Inconsistent Warranty Terms: They frequently "make up" warranty periods on the fly. Despite no mention on their website or invoices, they recently claimed electric fans only carry a one-year warranty to avoid a claim. Insulting Labor Claims: After selling a defective condenser that failed three times due to poor design, they offered a "labor claim" at a rate of $9.00 per hour. I’ll call this company to get a price for a radiator. I was quoted a price. I called back to double check to make sure it’s the correct fit was told about one of their employees to call back with the VIN number when I did they said they’re not able to look up parts by VIN number. Poor customer service poor communication do business with this company.
