BlueBelle hadn't been driving properly and she was getting worse. These guys took great care of her before so I took her back to them. She needed way more work than I realized but Anthony and Charles explained everything in detail and Charles has her running powerfully again. Amazing customer service and concern. Definitely recommend them.

The guys there at 1 Auto were honestly great! Went in for an oil change, they checked my car and not only informed me of things that could need repair but Giovanni also showed me and explained to me the process of the area that the car would need repair in (other places give you an estimate and don't even show you the problem areas) they weren't pushy AT ALL which is a breath of fresh air! They offer 3 month no interest if you do decide to go ahead with them! They also have VERY good prices in this economy! Thank you again to Giovanni and good team for the FAST and THOUGHTFUL service! Awesome place they fix a major problem in my car that Chevrolet dealership couldn't do and charged me a lots of money. They will provide you a loaner car if finically you can't afford to get a rental. The whole team is awesome they will keep you informed on the status of your car and will recommend things to pay attention too or fix next visit. They provides warranty on services and parts. I love this shop its very hard to find good services and honest workers in miami.
