Pretty much did all the work myself online. Signed papers in person took about 45 minutes which I loved. Got a great car that I enjoy very much. Has some minor cosmetic issues I’m hoping the dealership will help out with.

Transportation was so convenient. The employee who took care of getting my car scheduled and was there from start to finish, in touch with me was WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable, polite, and very upbeat/positive. Getting work done, especially with an inspection can lead to some anxiety over possible repairs to pass. I was lucky my car passes flying colors. This employees personality was so pleasant it made everything very easy and comfortable.

We took our 2016 Odyssey in because the transmission was slipping intermittently. They took it out and couldn’t find anything wrong with it but gave us some good ideas about what to do next and when to bring it in next. They communicated super well and had the car ready with no charge. I found this amazing because they definitely put time and energy into it. I appreciate the kindness and generous spirit of this dealership and would highly recommend them.
