Delayed review. Rock chipped my windshield. I ended up finding 1Low Price Auto Glass off of yelp. Sam was responsive and quick to get me in. Luckily, they take car insurance too, and the system works fast where Sam was able to see my claim immediately. His team swapped my windshield out quickly. It has been quite a few months later and don't have any issues!

The Good & Bad: Windshield safety camera alignment after my windshield replacement was dangerously flawed. When using Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), the distance behind a car ahead was dangerously shorter than proper factory settings. Dashboard alerts for the Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) were slow, happening only AFTER crossing a divider line. Dashboard and sound alerts were either slow or just non-existent for the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). To test, I crawled toward cars at stop lights. It was impossible to get any CMBS alerts. Bottom Line: I wasted $385 on an alignment that needs to be redone by a specialty shop at $400. Yesterday afternoon a rock cracked our windshield. I requested 3 quotes and 1LowPrice was the most reasonable and was able to schedule the replacement and recalibrating the cameras immediately. Sam was fast, friendly, professional and the replacement went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
