Scam " don't come here" they charged me $135 for diagnosis 5 minutes then said my catalytic converter fail usually another shop never charged because it show on report and my van have no error code and i want to stop diagnosis but they said they already did it but they haven't start yet and just did after i told him to stop and the guy who talk to me don't understand good english and he said because I put new engine but it not related to new engine. They just wanna took money from me. unhonest shop! I'm really feel i got scam by this shop! They don't need to do anything it could read from the report! why you charged me $135? I need my refund.

I've brought my raptor to the Ford dealer for the past 4 years, only to be frustrated over and over on how bad their communication is and how long simple jobs take. I took my truck in for 2 leaks on Friday to 1 stop and it was diagnosed that day, parts ordered, and I was updated on timeline. Truck was done Tuesday as predicted. A+

Took my car in for one thing and left with a lot of other problems and was insulted . The mechanic said i didnt have money because my daughters car is a 2008 What does that have to do with the terrible service and money wasted after spending almost $600 for nothing since my car is in the shop someplace else. I would never recommend this place 👎👎terrible way to do business . Hopefully we dont end up in court. Ridiculous who says that. You dont have money. Im just outraged
