10-4 Tow of Garland

I was left stranded on the side of the road due to a broken serpentine belt, and 10-4 Tow of Garland was able to send a driver my way promptly. The price was great compared to other rates in the Dallas Area. The driver that arrived was careful with my vehicle, even if it was an old beater like mine, and was warm and friendly when he arrived. Overall, my experience was excellent!

I would definitely recommend this towing company, and if I ever need their services again, will be using 10-4. Isaac was very kind and patient when I needed a quote for towing, and Buju was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and also kind during the pick up process. They made the whole ordeal fast and painless, and were very communicative even down to what was actually wrong with my car. 😭 10/10.

Issac was very nice he completed my tire change in a timely manner. I told him I'm bummed out with a flat. The day before my birthday. Issac was very positive and wished me a happy birthday. Before he got in his tow truck to leave.

Zee just was all around stellar. Ensured I was taken care of from beginning to end, responsive, communicative, patient and even accommodated me when I needed to handle multiple things at once and waited for me while I got things taken care of.

Horrible customer service. Was told 30 minutes for a tow. Am still waiting and it's been almost 1.5 hours. They charged my card before the driver is even here. I then call the office to talk to who I originally spoke to and he will not answer. Either puts me on hold or transfers my call to the driver. Poor customer service to not speak to your customers after you charged their card before the tow has even occurred. Regret utilizing them. I could have had another company already complete the tow.
