10 Minute Oil Change, Ferguson

I go here exclusively for oil change and inspection because I live down the street and they haven’t ever tried to swindle me before. However, today they told me that I needed my “joints greased” in addition to my oil change, inspection, and a recommended air filter change. I just let them do it because he said it was $20. After I left, I looked it up and it was definitely a lie. Modern vehicles, and specifically my vehicle, have sealed joints that are maintenance free. He ended up charging me $25, not $20 - and more importantly, he lost my future business because I can’t trust them anymore. I’ll drive further for trustworthy service from now on. So, I hope it was worth the $25 for doing nothing today to never get my business again. 🤷‍♀️

I went here for an oil change about a month ago and they told me I needed break pads. I didn’t get them then so I came back today to get them. they told me a needed rotors and pads and that it would be $250! I got there at 7:40am…they open at 8am. no one got there and opened up until almost 8:30am! the wrong part was delivered TWO TIMES. and once it finally came and I was ready to check out, the price was $378 and it was 12 noon! I beg your finest pardon! I went off. they offered to take the new pieces off and put my bad breaks back on! there was one associate, David/Daniel (I can’t remember) who was the most understanding in the miscommunication! horrible customer service. terrible communication. I will NOT be going back to this place and YOU shouldn’t either.

They changed my oil, transmission fluid, and brake fluid. They did it in about 10 minutes. They also did not charge me for the transmission fluid. Great service!

Sam and his crew is amazing. He helps me with so many odds and ends on all of my cars. He’s a blessing.

Went to get an oil change and not even 1 day later my light came back on. When I checked the oil it was empty. The whole time the man seemed as if he didn’t care and couldn’t tell me he did to my car after.
