Doesn’t get much better and easier than 103 Auto!!! Top tier customer service, Ruthann in the office is great and easy to talk to, Chief the shop dog is so squishy, and the guys in the shop know what they’re doing and are quick. They even left stuffed animals in my kids car seats after I got an inspection! We always have come to 103 Auto and they just keep getting better.

I had an outstanding experience at this auto repair shop. They completed the scheduled work promptly, and during the process discovered a major issue I wasn’t even aware of. Thanks to their diligence and attention to detail, they addressed it before it turned into a catastrophic failure — and still kept everything within my original time slot. They even offered me a loaner car (which I didn’t end up needing), which shows how much they value their customers’ convenience. The mechanics and the front office staff were equally impressive — professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. They explained everything clearly and in a way I could easily understand, which I truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for their integrity, efficiency, and excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys! The mechanics are honest and very thorough and gave a precise breakdown of exactly what was wrong with my Jeep and even provided pictures of what was wrong. The people in the office,Jenni, Ruthanne and Kayla, were kind as well as extremely helpful both in keeping me updated to what was happening to car to arranging my appointment so that I would have access to one of their rental cars. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing things done on thei vehicles whether it be something small like an oil change to something big like motor work.

I brought my car in for an old fashioned long overdue checkup along with a scheduled oil change. I knew many things needed to be done so it was no surprise when they told me what needed to be done before they did anything and they quoted me the cost. I gave the go ahead and all was done timely. I like the service at 103 Auto and all the people. They treat you well and go out of their way to keep you informed.

I live out of town but was down here in Springfield for business. When I got here, my battery was dead. I didn't have tools and I didn't really have the time to do the changeover, and of course I would have needed a running vehicle to get to a shop to purchase a battery as well as tools. I called on 103 Auto and they used a brief break in the schedule to come down, bring me a battery and install it and a quick check to see if that addressed my issue. Thanks so much for the friendly "no problem" attitude of Roger, the owner. I appreciate 103 Auto and would use them every time.
