I have been working with the dealer and approved for the loan. I made an appointment to purchase and they knew I was driving far. When I get there in the rain and traffic for my scheduled appointment he is selling the car to someone else. The owner told me “first come”. Could have easily told the other party the sale is pending or had the decency to call and let me know so I don't waste my time driving all the way there. Horrible service!!!
Great experience to buy a car from Russ . Great value cars. We did financing as a " first time customer" . Russ explained all details and we were approved very fast, also he helpedwith insurance with best . You can trust them.
