Horrible guys to use! Our process of using them to replace our turbo on our F350 began on October 11, 2022. They quoted us $1500, we buy the part. Once the part came in, they started replacing the old one with the new one and then decided to tell us that they would have to charge an extra $1000 because they were going to have to lift the cab. We agreed on that price because it was going to be a more extensive to repair. They never lifted the cab, they just went and bought a grinder and ground off the bolt that was stripped on the old turbo. They installed the new turbo but it isn't installed correctly, there is oil leaking from it as well as exhaust leaks from the turbo area. I've tried being patient with them because Mark was sick so Jesse would come out but he isn't knowledgeable abo

If I would of seen the ladies above me review I would of not called them he took my money made me order parts and never came back to put them on save your self and get it towed to a shop don’t use this scammer if there was -10 review I would have it to him not honest
