Jace came by to pick up my Civic. Did a really great job, no damage on my vehicle. My car is about 3 inches off the ground on the front end, but he managed to get it safetly on the flatrack - no issues. Before he got to my location, he gave me a call and told me his ETA, which was really calming. Thank you so much!

Absolutely adored the service ! my boyfriends back tire blew off and Jace was our tow man , he was so helpful and understanding. Jana was our dispatcher and she made sure i was comfortable and called me on frequent updates regarding the location of the tow truck . 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about 121 Towing! I am from out of state unfamiliar with the area when my battery died. My call was answered quickly. I wasn’t sure how to describe my exact location. Jana, the representative who took my call, was absolutely outstanding. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable of the area. By simply asking me to name nearby businesses and cross streets, she was able to pinpoint my exact location without any hassle — which was a huge relief given the stress of the situation. Jana continued communicating updates until the driver arrived. The quality of service she provided really demonstrated her compassion. Response time was under an hour, and pricing was very reasonable. The driver was friendly and professional but I didn’t catch his name.

Needed a non-functional vehicle towed to the mechanic. Not only was the receptionist, Stacey, very kind and got my info quickly, but the driver was also excellent. Efren called me on his way to my location to verify the vehicle, address, and provide his eta. He was friendly and highly professional. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and loaded my vehicle without any issue. Didn't even block the neighborhood road during this!
