I waited in line about 10 minutes and then it took less than 10 to run the test and I paid cash so I got a dollar discount. It was a quick easily and painless experience and I recommend it!

He refused me service. It is that guy Frank! Wow!! He is sickening!.I pulled in the wrong way. I offered to turn around. He said I had an attitude etc . I am a 64 year old educated and very articulate lady . He said I should not be driving if I can't read. He is a piece of work. I called corporate and they offered a free check at another location for FREE. I really feel sorry for his company. I am just going someplace else.

I usually come here every year for my emissions because the location is convenient and a great price. The service is typically excellent, however, today I was met with probably one of the worst employees I've ever encountered. Queue Frank - I was met with a disgruntled look, no "hello" "hi" "how ya doin" - the entire time he's sucking on a popsicle which is dripping all over my door. He leans and puts a good portion of his weight on my door as well while working on my car. When I called him out for the mess he left (pictured) - he replies "it's condensation bro" - no apology or any level of customer service. Message to the owner of this location: PLEASE train this guy on how to operate your shop so it doesn't reflect poorly on yourself. Or hire someone who is willing to put on a smile a

Terrible communication, terrible customer service terrible energy. That’s a terrible terrible all-around place at least that guy he’s super rude very arrogant and he can tell he doesn’t wanna work there.
