They're very kind and helpful and they never overcharge me. They also never try to upsell me which is important as I am woman. I recommend all my friends and family to go here whenever they ask for an inspection or smaller maintenance tasks. 12/10 will be frequenting again.

I went to see a man named Muhammad. My husband took my car to be inspected in July and August, it failed both times. I was not in attendance while these inspections were taking place. I brought my car there today, and had some questions as to what all needed to be fixed. I got nothing but attitude from some man, I don't even know if it was Muhammad. He seemed annoyed by my very presence. He said to me I told your husband all this and that, I said to him I was not here at the time. I asked him to explain to me what needed to be fixed and how I could qualify my vehicle to pass state inspection. He said he is not a mechanic. He said I would need to get with a mechanic. He mentioned something about a catalytic converter. I showed him the report that his company typed up and circled O2 sensors.

Went in for an emissions test to get my registration renewed. Sat in my car for a few minutes behind the car in-front of me that was getting the same thing. Took ~10 minutes once my test started. Quick and easy, no scheduling needed. Will use them again next time I need to renew.

They are very respectful and extremely efficient. I showed up close to closing time without an appointment. And they got me in and out very fast. Thank you!
