I had a wonderful experience. If you need a part, they compare companies to get you the best price for what you are looking for! All the staff are nice, & are 100% honest. There is a lady at the front desk, her name is April. She is so sweet. So if you need anything for your car, give them a call. You won't regret it!

I've used Mr. & Mrs. Poteet, 171 Automotive since 2011. April has run the front desk for years and she is Amazing! Any job I've brought to them they've fixed it the first time! This last go around I 🤙 because my passenger side was leaking rusty water and they needed to replace a water pump! Then I asked for an alignment Chris replaced All the parts that it needed to make that happen, checked the entire front end, shocks and struts needed to be replaced, it rides like a dream! Thank You

Dropped my truck off to get the exhaust manifold replaced and the studs ! Did an amazing job . Quality work with quality prices highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this place!!! It was well after hours when I needed to be towed. The man, presumably the owner, left his dinner to come take my info, and set up when and where I wanted my vehicle towed. He was very efficient and friendly!! I am very satisfied
