My car was in the shop for over six months, and the experience has been frustrating. I received multiple messages indicating my car was ready, only to be told otherwise when I arrived to pick it up. The hail damage I reported was still visible, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. Additionally, I found a black dot on my screen monitor that wasn’t there before, and my sunroof was reinstalled incorrectly. Reflecting on this, the only thing I truly regret is not pursuing legal action against this company for their negligence.

This company was a referral from a coworker after the hailstorm we had. They picked up my car right away after calling them. They were very friendly and also dealt with my insurance. They kept me updated on everything and was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend.

I have used this company twice for hail damage to my car and it could not have been easier. They dealt with my insurance. Got my rental car set up. Kept me in the loop on the repairs and fixed my car quickly. I will absolutely call them every single time I need dent repair.

Our car has been in the shop for a month and 1 day. The whole process was a complete disaster. They refuse to give you the owners phone number. They do not communicate at all. You will get no phone number to call for updates. We live over an hour away and would have to drive over. Caroline called once said it was ready and it wasn't. Then on April 9th we went back to check on it and the moldings had been sitting there who knows how long. Steve's son put them on and now we have a straight line of dents under the molding. This is no way to treat a veteran. If you are looking to get your fixed RUUNNN DO NOT USE 180 DENT. We haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about the dents.

My car came out brand new! I blessed to say this company keep their honesty and very loyal to their customers. The rentals are nice and clean. Amazing work!!! Thank you
