Chance collision is very UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner tells you that your car will be ready one day and it’s not ready. Mr.James do not know how to communicate he will ignore your calls and get upset when you tell him he’s unprofessional and that’s not how you do business. He hangs up and tells you now you’re not getting your car until you learn how to talk to him after he was well compensated from my insurance company. Once I pull up to get my car , he brings it out after 30 minutes. While driving the car, the car comes to a complete stop. I had to buy a battery . The car is falling apart, it stops in the middle of me driving and parts are falling off the car. I contacted him and he says “ Man that’s not right, I will get at my team for that” “ Let me order those clips and the clips come in.

I loved my experience here. Service was extremely quick and Efficient! I would definitely go back for any car troubles and highly recommend to whomever has car damage. My car looks AMAZING! as if it never was wrecked! I love it!

I bought my SUV about 4 years ago , just recently I had to invest in a couple of things but overall I'm still loving my SUV !

I purchased a car in February of 2020. The car cost $3,000.00. It is now Jan. 2022 and I’ve put in $4,500.00 in repairs for the car. I’ve replaced everything from ignition cores to spark pugs, motor mounts, coils, AC system, and much more. Now within less than two years the TRANSMISSION is failing and I’m going to be with out a car for a while. Depsite of the owners blaming ME for a faulty car THEY SOLD ME. I was told I’m the problem. I shouldn’t have had to spend that much money to repair that broke down rust bucket. Nor should I have even supported this business. These cars are NOT good quality. Mines broke down every other month. The sick part about it. They new that and still sold me the car with smile on their face. It’s sick. Please do not support this business. You will face the sam

Thomas was awesome. I made the mistake of going to NOLA collision where the Geico rep was that was a big mistake, ended up raising total on damages till I reached a total lost. Brought it here and got great service and help with the documents so I can get the salvage title that I had. I choice in taking thanks to the other place. Car looked great and was ready sooner than I needed. Thanks Thomas.
