1st choice towing and recovery

Coming back from Myrtle Beach, the top leaf spring broke on the passenger side of our 5th wheel. It damaged both tires on both sides. We have Roadside Assistance, and through their phone tree, 1st Choice Towing and Recovery came out. Shaun assessed the problem, made Roadside repairs, and then followed us 24 miles to his holding storage lot. We stayed there until the parts and tires came in, a total of two days. He had a team come out and assess, then fix everything we needed. If you need assistance with breakdowns and repairs, this is definitely the place to call. The service was excellent, and the prices were fair for the market.

Had to tow one of our trucks back to okc from 1st choice towing in North Carolina that had been involved in a wreck. Met Jerry and Shawn. They assisted me in my rare tow from the front ! They made me a air line hose assembly so the brakes would release and air bags would inflate. Checked my hook 🪝 said it was great ! Best towing company i have ever been associated with in my entire 32 years of driving. 1st class 👏 people and just awesome help. Thank you Jerry and Shawn for making my job so much easier. Great people to come to your aid on the side of the road. The mechanic shop gets you in an see that your back on the road. Our tow driver, friendly and ready to help. He referred us to the Atkinson Inn where everything was in walking distance. Their service and sign tells the story of the craftsman and business they really are. I will referr whoever is going up the east coast. Thanks you so much.

Our transmission went out today while pulling our camper, and we were stuck on the side of the road. Called AAA and 1st Choice Towing was dispatched. Ricky showed up first and was super helpful, but we needed a bigger truck for the job. Shawn came out shortly after—he was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. We ended up leaving the truck and camper with him, and he assured us he’d get the truck to the dealership and the camper safely to our house. Great service all around—highly recommend this company!
