This guy just almost took out my brand new Jeep while flying down Clearview parkway with this car in tow! We had to swerve to get out of his way. Wish we had an email address rather than a review, but I was pretty upset by his unsafe maneuvering.

Taking time out of his work night to lend a hand because he was there and had the equipment to do so. Didn't charge the young man a cent. Acts of kindness like this say a lot about how you run your business!

we were stuck since 7. tried getting it ourselves for a few hours but wasn’t able to. called and they said that they were gonna come help us but didn’t. he said he would let us know when he had the trailer for the bobcat then never said anything. 2 hours later never answered text or phone calls. i wouldn’t of mind if he said no. but having us wait 2 hours for nothing is a little cruel. mind you this is at night. it’s currently 1 and we are on the way home and our car is still there. horrible service. it was really good till he ghosted us

This place shouldn’t be your choice at all for service. Very unreliable… DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL

I had the unfortunate experience of having the starter go bad on my car while I was about 45 miles from home. Luckily, I have AAA Premier service, so I called them for help. And that is when I met Marcel Jackson of 1st Choice Towing. Marcel arrived super quick to help me (actually within 10 minutes after he was called), and not only reassured me he would get my car safely towed to the shop of my choice, but also made sure he got me right into his truck, which was a cool blessing after I had been sitting in the hot Louisiana sun! He was super professional, and even made sure that he gave me the AAA app information so I could have it downloaded on my phone and ready to use the next time I needed to contact AAA. Thank you Marcel, and AAA for turning a bad event into a smooth experience!
