1st Interlock

Mike is just an all around great guy. When I first needed my interlock I was nervous and scared I was going to be judged and treated poorly. He has been the complete opposite from the very start. I truly appreciate his professionalism and how he treats you like human being. The service is always top notch when I come in and its quick. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend! This place is the best. I know people who have had problems after an interlock installation. Mike, who runs this place, is super knowledgeable and a great guy. He did an excellent job with my vehicle no problems with the interlock befor or after the uninstall. Mike always went above and beyond to answer any questions or to help me in any way he could.

They hot me sent over to another technician after they had overbooked themselves and for the inconvenience of the appointment they waived my fees for the installation. I do appreciate the quick fix. I would say the system was at fault for it. I do appreciate it again

Under unfortunate circumstances and bad judgement on my part I was ordered to have an interlock put into my car. Although I was ashamed and embarrassed to go through with this process 1st interlock made me feel welcomed and gave me a safe space to not feel judged. Out of all the conversations I had with the owner never was my case brought up instead we talked about family trips, camping and fishing. The best part of it all was walking in on most days and seeing his son's big smile which was always a warm welcoming. Thank you 1st interlock for making my first and LAST experience nothing but great!
