1st Priority Auto's

While buying used cars requires due diligence, 1st Priority is a reputable dealer. I have purchased three cars from them.

Priority Pre-Owned, LLC is a phenomenal business, they have a marvelous selection of used vehicles all in perfect shape, high end Imports too! The condition of my vehicle was in far better shape than I could have ever dreamed of. I purchased a Right Hand Drive Toyota Supra SZ and the transaction could not have been easier. Being that I was from California I was very skeptical in purchasing a car from another state. My man Bruce at Priority Pre-Owned really came through. He was super patient & answered all of my questions, & told me what to expect when it arrived. He provided all the necessary documents that I needed and then some. I’m telling you.. Do Not Hesitate! Give this man a call.

So, to the credit of the guys who work here. They are nice and are really willing to work things out. But the day after I got my car my engine light came on. When I got it checked out here, they told me it was just the gas cap. But then I noticed my RMP monitor going crazy. So I finally had it towed to the dealer ship. Come to find out, there was a massive oil leak, things were brunt out, things were FALLING APART. maybe he didn’t know about this. But like…I’ve only had this car for not even 2 months. I thought this place was trustworthy because my mom’s bought many cars here and they lasted her a while.

Bought a car in July. Absolute mess. Upon pick up AC doesn't work. Four times I brought it back. Still can't' fix it. Car died. I bring it to Cape Cod Auto who told me to get my money back. Showed me what was wrong with AC. They still couldn't fix it. Said they replaced all the parts and still wouldn't work. Cape Cod auto said no. They did not replace all the parts because one needed to be replaced. Brought it back. they didn't fix it. Week later it dies in a parking lot. starter needed. so brought it back. They fixed it. I said back is squeaking. Mechanic said it some heating thing. No, it's not. Still squeaking. It's the brakes. Told "mechanic is MIA" we need a new mechanic...keep you posted. They did not. Well I'm very pleased with my experience with this group of people. Professional, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my Dodge Nitro was in good shape. They answered all my questions and made adjustments and repairs to my new vehicle that I never would have expected. The magicians on site who do repairs and Gary and Griff where always available to answer any questions. Great place!!
