I took a leap of faith on a recent purchase of a car that I have been looking for off and on for a few years. I found it at 1st Quality Auto Mall and worked with Ranko. The leap of faith was that I live north of Chicago and was buying the car sight unseen (mostly because there are not many of these cars available) The car, now in my driveway, is a 2000 sedan with over 100,000 miles on it. I had owned one of these cars in 2007. I studies the photos, asked many questions, spoke with Ranko and communicated via chat over the course of a week or more. Our communication was always prompt and informative. If I could give zero stars I would. The mobility van we purchased from them for our daughter who is not only physically handicapped, but has stage 4 renal failure without the vehicle she can not be placed on the transplant list. My husband did a one time borrow against his 401k for the $12,000.00. We asked multiple times for them to put it up on the car lift to be told the vehicle on it was torn apart and could not be moved. We tried using our own ramps we brought with us, but with the floors being lowered to accommodate a wheelchair and it's occupant. They knew we wouldn't discover the spray foam insulation, putty, black paint (used to camouflage rust), tar to make it look like undercoating, and the holes in the frame and floor. They reassured us multiple times that it was a good qualit

These guys are 100% scammers. I called and spoke to them about a handicap accessible van. Had multiple questions, and they reassured me the vehicle had been through their shop and was road ready. It made it about 100 miles and locked up on the side of the interstate. No remorse and no help whatsoever. They said, sometimes you buy bad vehicles and sometimes you buy good ones. They are selling vehicles to people that HAVE TO HAVE transportation and the majority are probably already stressed and has spent tons of money on medical bills. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Do not buy from them!

Great selection of cars, although some weren't the best quality we ended up finding a real nice one. Simple process, helped us with plenty of test drives, would recommend!
