Lived in Gallup since 1986. Tried to get a used car in 1995 at a Major car dealership here in Gallup and couldn't believe how the salesman tried to rip me off, only wanted my money at a ridiculous offer. I vowed never to buy a vehicle here in Gallup, I decided to check out 1st Quality Motors on the Northside, I saw a vehicle that I liked and we crunched some numbers, I really liked the offer, and I liked the way I was treated by everyone. I did not expect to drive away in a vehicle that day. Would I buy another vehicle from them, of course. Only at 1st Quality Motors.

Staff friendly, greeted us outside. A few minutes of walking in we started filling out the application, staff offered us water. We worked with Dale. Was very impressed by how quickly he was able to get the process going and happy to stay we were able to get approved! We were hesitant in the beginning but Dale worked his magic. He was able to get us approved and we drove off the lot with a vehicle! Would definitely recommend this used dealership to anyone who’s been tuned down or doesn’t have great credit. It doesn’t hurt to apply, who knows you could get approved like we did!

Nice,friendly, helpful place. I want to give a big thanks to Jad for helping me get a vehicle. My family love the vehicle. My previous vehicle was to small for my kids,whom have grown in the past years. None of this would have been possible if it weren't for Jad. We are very thankful for him.

I had a great experience at 1st quality. They have an impressive selection of vehicles. They even let me take multiple test drives to make sure i was making the right choice! The car is bought is in good condition. Would recommend!
