First Stop has worked on my vehicles for many many years. The staff there are amazing and very knowledgeable. Shawn behind the counter can find you anything and the right parts, right price. Appreciate Ed the owner and his willingness to always make, and keep things right. I have sent many people to this shop for vehicle repairs and will continue to do so. Great work guys!!

Highly recommend First Stop Auto! My family and I have been going to them for years for each of our vehicles. They have always been honest, dependable and communicative. They tell me if a service I request isn't necessary or give better recommendations, and they always give advice on issues that I may be able to handle myself. The employees are knowledgeable and kind, and last time I was there for repairs they even cleaned my car out before releasing it back to me! Very appreciated.

I had a very good experience with 1st Stop Auto Care Center, and with my service adviser Shawn Dunavant. This was for warranty work (SilverRock) on my recent Carvana purchase, diagnosing several concerns which I brought to their attention and they were thorough and candid about all of their findings. I brought it to them because they are shortlisted for Carvana warranty work at the lower deductible tier, and I did not want to risk dealing with the other shortlisted shops which were all tire places. During my servicing I sat in their waiting area most of the day due to not having a ride until late afternoon, and I overheard their conversations with other customers, with insurance/warranty companies, and with parts suppliers. 1st Stop saved me! I heard a funky noise and took my car to my regular shop. They told me my car was basically broken and couldn't be fixed without tearing out the motor to find it what's wrong- $800 just to see what's wrong. Something didn't feel right when they also asked to buy the car from me. I asked a male friend if he know a good mechanic. I was given a name and 1st Stop Auto. They fixed my car the same day for $87- with tax! The serpentine belt was on incorrectly. No motor issue at all. As a woman, a good mechanic is hard to find. These people at 1st Stop treated me like a human who needed help. I really really appreciated it!!!

Love this place for my garage. Have been going there for many years they have always done a fabulous job on all the vehicles we’ve taken to them. All of the people that work there are great! I have always recommended them when anyone needs there cars worked on.
