Excellent experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate Juan for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful in ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I’m proud to say I purchased my first vehicle a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It was a great choice, supported by a great team that delivered excellent customer service !

Definitely recommend this dealership, the owner (Juan) and his family were very helpful, understanding, patient, and compassionate. For multiple days he let me test drive different vehicles until I was ready to make a purchase on one, then I had issues with my bank and he worked a deal with me to help me leave out with the car I wanted. He was an upstanding guy! Definitely recommend giving them a chance

Got my vehicle from Juan today and the entire experience was amazing! He was very personable, direct, and honest about the whole process. He felt trusted because of these traits and that was one of the main reasons why I moved forward with the purchase. Can't thank him enough and would return to him if needed in the future.

Highly recommend! We went to 9 different dealerships and none of them compared. We came back to 1-Z Auto to buy a car. Juan was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and not like we were being sold. He walked us through the entire finance process and got us in our 2017 Honda Pilot! The prices are also amazing and the cars are quality. Definitely go to 1-Z Auto the next time you need a car!!

Juan got us in super last minute to absolutely hook me up with a reliable car! He’s super charismatic & really made me feel heard during the whole buying process. I feel like more people like Juan would make the world a better place! If I ever need a new car, I know exactly who & where to go to! Thank you Juan & 1Z Auto Group!:)
