2 Vets Auto Care

I went to 2 Vets Auto Care on the recommendation of my vet grandpa, they were very quick to diagnose a problem with my car. They gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the issues that I had with my car. When I went to go pay for the services they rendered, I discovered that they had saved me money and they charged me less than what they had quoted me. They had found a solution to the problem in my car and fixed it without charging me for items that I did not really need. This speaks volumes to me I am not a mechanic, they could have very easily taken advantage of me and charged me the full price, but they didn't. I was worried that my car was in need of a new alternator. I took my vehicle to 2 Vets Auto Care. They quickly diagnosed my issue and told me that it was just a loose connection. They checked it out quickly and I had my vehicle back within an hour. Clint Nosbisch was very professional and definitely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and cleaned the connection points for me. 2 Vets didn’t charge me for the diagnostics. I will be bringing all my family vehicles to 2 Vets when they are in need of service.

One STAR is one too many for 2 Vets Auto Care based on my situation. 2 Vets may be a good fit for some, and their use of their status as veterans seemed to offer a bit of trust being a veteran myself, but I felt that they were intentionally dishonest and misleading-they charged $435.08 per side (left and right) for a shock/strut assembly that sells for less than $90 each. This is blatant price-gouging. And to add insult to injury, one of the struts was bent causing it to have to be replaced within six months, and 2 Vets would not honor their so-called warranty. Avoid this business. I am a 20-year veteran of the Army (active duty) and sure, they offered a 10% discount as a vet, but saving 10% is pointless when they mark up parts at the rate 500%! Avoid throwing your hard-earned money away-

Great folks! They scheduled the appointment at a time that was convenient for me, and did the work quickly for a very fair price. I have already booked another appointment for my wife's car.
