2000 Auto

I have been using 2000 Auto for my Mercedes for a very long time. The service is always perfect, the gentlemen who work there are experts in what they do, they are always willing to explain things and are real professionals. I have never been disappointed in any work they did for me. As a woman who knows nothing about automobiles, this is a Godsend! My first visit to 2000 auto and don’t regret it. I took my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE for the brakes and rotors replacement, the estimate was the most competitive. Steve and his team were very professional and nice, even offered me a courtesy ride too and from my home without asking. They were the most fair price with the best warranty in the area. The battery on my vehicle died very unexpectedly (I was concerned there would be another issues given I had no signs of the battery failing). 2000 Auto was able to squeeze me in the same day, got the battery and I was out the door that afternoon. Steve even prompted me on whether I had AAA or was a veteran to get a discount. Have been going here for years. They provide great service.
