202 collision is a premier auto body shop located in Suffern, NY, with excellent customer service. I got into a real bad accident and my car needed to be towed and repaired. They took care of everything. From the tow, to the rental car arrangements ( they have an enterprise rep on site) , to the repairs. The communication was seamless. Often times I dealt with the owner Daryl directly. He made sure that he answered all my questions, kept me updated along the way, and ensured that the repairs were done in a timely manner. He personally inspects every car before they are returned back to the owner. He even had my car detailed before returning it. He is very professional and takes all major insurances. 202 Collision is great! In the last two months we've unfortunately had some bad luck and had to bring in two newer vehicles for significant repairs: a 2024 Honda Civic with accident damage and a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe that had a run-in with a deer. In both instances, Daryl and the team were incredibly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They are a USAA-partnered mechanic, which made the insurance process seamless. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and the turnaround time was both fast and accurately communicated. They've earned us as a customer for the future for sure —though I hope we don't need them again too soon!
