2020 Motors

I’m a bit late posting this but what do they say “better late then never” Years ago I saw a Vanderhall in Tennessee. Not knowing what this vehicle (if you can call it that) was I knew I wanted one! I kept doing my research and learned they were going from gas to electric this is when I knew it was the time to purchase one. I searched the internet for the particular color/interior combo I wanted. I reached out to 2020 motors who had exactly what I wanted and immediately received a response in regard to all my questions. Kraig sent me videos, walked me through all the paper work and help me set up shipping from California to Tennessee. We kept contact through the entire process and even after. Kraig whom is the owner showed honesty, reliability and integrity through out the entire process.

Kraig is a very honest business owner who cares a lot about the vehicles he deals in. The pictures and the descriptions didn’t do this car justice. This is a person who over delivers. If there is a spec of dirt in the wrong location, he will tell you. He is exactly what you want from a person when you are driving a thousand miles to get a vehicle. The car will be in better condition than what he tells you. Not only is he honest, professional, and an excellent communicator, but he was willing to help me clean off my trailer, and spent several hours with me ensuring that we didn’t do any damage while loading it on the trailer. I would gladly buy from 2020 Motors again. I recently bought my Aprilia motorcycle from Kraig, and I cannot think of a single complaint. Kraig was reasonable, flexible, and upstanding throughout our transaction. 2020 Motors feels like the best of both worlds: a licensed dealer and a very solid private party. There were no surprises whatsoever during the transaction; the price discussed was the price paid. I bought the bike on a Friday morning and Kraig completed and submitted all the paperwork right away. It was good to know the bike was 100% ready to go when I rode it home the next day.
