Charged me $10,000 to replace two bumpers and fix a light issue I was having on one of my trucks. 2012 Dodge Ram. My bumpers were color matched and they replaced them with silver bumpers. Within 1 day of leaving the shop my lights keep messing up. For that price I figured there going to replace a harness or actually do something of substance. Overpriced and unfair. They offered to keep messing with the truck but I didn’t have time to take it in or quite frankly did I want them to touch it again. Dishonest and overpriced.

We brought a 2019 GMC 1 ton in for repair and it wasn't repaired. $4,300 spent for NOTHING. We also had to fill the fuel tank back up because of all the "test drives" they did. More money spent that we couldn't afford. So almost $4,400 later with repair costs and refueling, and the check engine light is still on. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! While I realize that nothing is absolute, they don't even offer any kind of warranty with their work. Let my mistake be a warning to other customers who need repairs done. They didn't offer a loaner car so we had to rent one while "repairs" were being done. To say that I am less than impressed with this garage, is the understatement of a lifetime.

I can’t recommend this shop enough! The team here really knows their stuff when it comes to diesel vehicles — you can tell they have years of knowledge and experience. They explained everything clearly, kept my husband updated throughout the process, and made sure the work was done right the first time. The staff is outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers.

Stay away !!!!!!!! Put a new motor in my mother in laws jeep. Motor only had 50k miles on it when it completely locked up. Called them the same day it locked up (may 27) asked when the warranty expired they said September 30. Had it towed to their shop around first week of August only for them to call a few days later saying the warranty went out June 8. So when I told him I called on may 27 and asked that’s not what the lady told me. He tried to make it seem like I didn’t call and I was lying until I showed him the call log of when and what time I called. Only for him to ask me well who did I talk to. I told him look at his cameras at the time I called and see who answered the phone. He didn’t want to do that. And went on to say that they wouldn’t be covering their warranty. This is a

Literally a 20 minute oil change. They do a great job and the office staff is friendly and attentive. We’ll continue giving 2033 Automotive our business.
