21st Towing

Yesterday I got hit on my way to work, my very first accident ever. I was stressing and had no clue what to do. My insurance dispatched 21st Towing and gave me an estimated arrival time. Carlton called me to update me on the way, and actually spoke with me. I think he could hear the stress and panic in my voice. He made me laugh and told me I was in good hands. Because of where I got hit, I asked if it was okay for me to leave the car for a few minutes to walk to a nearby store for a coffee. He told me he would call me when he was almost there so I wouldn’t be worrying about rushing back to the car. Dontay was my tow truck operator and he was extremely helpful. Top notch service and I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone else in need of a tow.

It's not often that I would think to leave a review for a tow truck. But the service that Dontay provided was exemplary. He was extremely professional, timely, and courteous. Though I truly hope that I never need to call him again, if I do, I would not hesitate! Lol

Got 21st Towing thru my insurance, and Dontay ended up being the driver. He was helpful, stayed on the phone to make sure he had the right car and location. Picked up and dropped off in about 30 mins! Great service.
