23 Mile Collision

Great place to work with! They repaired my Gladiator after a collision and then after a deer strike. Both times the Gladiator came back in perfect condition. They even installed an aftermarket bumper for me! I have had no issues with their repairs and I have had it back just over 2 months. I would highly recommend them!

23 mile collision was wonderful to work with! Sarah was great at communicating with me and keeping up to date on the insurance claim. She kept my mind at ease. I would recommend their business if you were involved in an auto accident! They even cleaned my entire car when it was just a door panel being replaced!

Took my car here after i hit a deer and was told it was all gonna look brand new, after 4 months of having my car with no calls or updates about anything which i had to call every week to at least get a “ we ordered a part it should be done soon” and that was every time i called even at the 2 month check. I had to call the shop when my car was done and they told me it got done but apparently they weren’t gonna call me telling me it was done. After i picked up my car i noticed that parts were missing and i still had chips and scratches on my car including dents and a headlight that was not replaced but the brackets were glued back on . All this was in the report that it was fixed but clearly it was not. I bought this new car and i trusted them to make it look new and i got nothing but disre

Really impressed with this shop. They fixed up my car and the color match is perfect — you honestly can’t tell anything was ever repaired. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I’d 100% trust them again.

This is the second time we’ve had our car repaired here, and once again, they did a fantastic job. We’re extremely impressed with their workmanship, they go above and beyond. They even took the time to clean my daughter’s car, and the woman who does the inspections is wonderful. We’re really happy with the service and would gladly recommend this place to friends.
