Beware of This Company – Shady and Predatory Practices I locked myself out of my house and called this company for help. When the technician arrived, I asked before any work started what the total cost would be. He clearly quoted me $329. I confirmed again, and he assured me that was the full price. The job took less than 5 minutes — he drilled the lock and replaced it. When it came time to pay, suddenly the price jumped to $629. They tacked on a “service fee” that was never mentioned, plus another $160 for the lock. If the original $329 didn’t include the lock or the service, then what exactly was it for? This was a classic bait-and-switch, taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable situation. This kind of dishonest, predatory behavior is unacceptable. I will be filing a police report
