24 Hr Tire Shop

Unsafe & Unprofessional I had a tire changed here and immediately after leaving, my car started making a grinding noise. When I checked, one of the lug nuts on the wheel they worked on was missing, which is a serious safety issue. I went back and was told they couldn’t help me without a receipt. I went home, got the receipt, came back — and then was told they still couldn’t fix it and that I’d have to return at a later time, even though the car was unsafe to drive. On top of that, the employee I spoke with caught an attitude instead of taking responsibility for the situation. The convenience of the hours doesn’t make up for poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and bad customer service. They also charge more for tires than other places, so there’s really no upside here. This was a

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!...I went here on 2/5/26 at 7:30am because they were the only tire shop open. I put air in my tire at 7:10am and filled it to 36psi in less than 20 minutes I was UNDER 20 psi. I pulled into the tire shop and explained to the guy that I was losing air fast. He jacked my car up and immediately noticed a flat head nail in my tire in between the treads but flat on the tire (which would signify a slow leak at worse) I then told him that I didn't think the nail was the issue because with how fast I was losing air you would be able to feel the air coming from the nail. He disagreed and told me that was my problem. He then proceeded to plug my tire after pulling the nail out yet DID NOT spray it with a soapy solution to make sure the plug held and there were

I don't normally make reviews but these guys working the shop got me extremely agitated. First thing I did was call and make sure they were open then I asked if they can patch a tire, I get there they say they don't patch tires. Great no problem. He asked if I wanted a used tire a said sure, he goes in ths back and couple mins later brings out a tire. I checked the tread, tread was ok for a used tire. I continued to check it and noticed it was patched. So I asked he could look for another tire without a patch and he got irritated that I even asked. I was in a rut and a time crunch, i decided to go ahead with the tire. He puts the tire on the rim and I noticed there's no weight on it and is wet after he checked for leaks. No balance. Horrible experience. I wish the woman behind the front glass would have came out first. That way we would have been able to discuss my bent rim and wether the shop had a 19in tire to put on the new rim I bought with me. The language barrier between me and the mechanic was NOT THE ISSUE. The issue was they didn't have a tire in that size but that didnt stop the mechanic from putting a new valve stem on. A new stem was the least of my worries! In the beginning, I tried to show the mechanic my new rim and tell him I needed a new tire on it and have the donut taken off. Again, language barrier was not the issue but this was a waste of time. The woman comes out and tells me the shop doesn't have a 19in tire but I owe them for the new valve. WHAT?! I just paid it to avoid a confrontation. Horrib

One of, if not the best all around 24 hour tire shop you’ll find in or around the city of Philadelphia. I work 3rd shift and on more than a few occasions needed tire service from patching to plugging, replacing temporarily with a used or even purchasing new tires. You absolutely will not find a better staff that are willing to accommodate your needs. They even went out of their way & called around looking for a used tire temporarily until my new ones were shipped. Their prices are comparable with online prices so why bother!
