I recently used 24/7 Mobile Tire Repair, and I couldn't be more pleased! He was incredibly professional, arriving right on time and fully equipped to handle my tire replacement. The convenience of his mobile service saved me a ton of time, and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to explain tire maintenance tips and answered all my questions. Poor communication and low industry proficiency. Replacement tire installed was the wrong size. Three days and counting to get this issue resolved. Do not use this person's service. Since October 17 I've been waiting for a verbally promised refund for the poor service I've received from this individual. Not only did he bring the wrong size tire but he has yet to show good faith for his mistakes. Today is November 16 and upon suggestion i will have to file a complaint with the FTC. I will continue to update until this matter is resolved.

Damaged my rim and did not properly inflate tire lug nut was missing after he installed my tire. He sent me 15 dollars for the lug bolt but didn’t reimburse me for the damage to my rim. Do not recommend this type of service.

Great response time and wonderful service. I’m not from around here. I drive 1 hour and 30 mins for work. I called him at 10am and he was out to my job within the hour. Took him less then 10 mins to get my tire off, new one on and me back home to my kids. 10/10 highly recommend!

Sold me a tire that was “no good” and I later found out that there was a nail embedded in the tire. I would’ve declined service if I inspected the tire and saw the nail during the day but he came to my house at night. Use this service as a last resort, save your money!!
