Since it was my property that was trespassed upon and damaged, I will tell what really happened. Upon leaving my house on 9/29/24 after spending all day cleaning due to damage from Helene, I began receiving multiple calls and texts from neighbors stating that a “young tow truck driver who was in over his head had lodged his truck in my yard, did not know how to get out”, and had destroyed my front yard in the process. The neighbors had taken pictures and gotten his contact info., so I spoke to him (Collin). He admitted what he did and said he would fix it. Upon arriving there the next day, I was livid at what I saw. He had driven his truck all the way through my yard and landscaping, almost to my house, had ripped out my irrigation, made 2 foot deep ruts in the grass, knocked over and b

I'm embarrassed to say that I am writing this review a year after the fact, as I wish I was able to warn people sooner. I contacted this company a few days after Hurricane Helene and needed my car towed from a parking lot to my home. The driver was clearly young and making poor choices. He drove right into my neighbor's yard and destroyed her entire lawn. Additionally, he has henceforth refused to pay for damages. Shameful. He then stated, "I was just trying to do what the customer asked." Um, I never asked you to do whatever the heck poor choices you made. He blocked our street for about an hour trying to get out. He was the absolute best. Was super helpful and patient and he is not trying to UPSALE you on things you don't need. I really appreciate it my guy. He came and plug my tired and put air in my other one and im back good just like that

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS. Called for a jumpstart on a Monday night he offered to come in the morning. Had me send the address and called to confirm. Morning comes… no jumpstart no answer to the text… it really gets to such an inconsiderate and unprofessional point with these people. Like just have the decency to call if you’re unavailable or whatever the case may be .Now I have to spend unnecessary money to uber to work because no one will be here in time !! Mind you I still have to pay for someone else to come jump start this car . 0/10 would NOT recommend

Collin Nevels was great! He was on the scene within 25 mins to change out my truck tire which had a screw driver puncture. It literally took him within 5 mins to change out my tire and he was super polite, kind and informative. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.
