Bought a ‘low mile’ car from them for $4400 The next morning it was in limp mode, not driveable, with eight different codes (which they deny the car had when they had it) Also, the odometer doesn’t work, they said it was an easy fix. It was listed at $3900, talked them down to $3600, just to be told to cough up another $800 for “dealership fees”. Was told this car was a trade in from an elderly couple… it’s an auction car from Florida.

Drove 4 hours to see a car at 253 auto sales in tacoma that was described as flawless. Got there and after a test drive hardly anything worked on this vehicle but were forced to buy it anyway due to time issues. Now looking at thousands in repairs. Most of their vehicles have serious issues and alot of them have been wrecked and cobbled back together and they try to hide or flat out lie about it. Spent 3400.00 dollars at this scaming lieing dealership and they wouldnt even let us use there bathroom. My opinion is they are the most horrible car dealer in Tacoma and i promise you i will never step foot on their property again. Oh, and the little black 2 dr accord they have listed on offer up has been wrecked hard in the front, cobbled back together, cheap coat of paint and the frame is broke

When we showed up our sales man was 25 minutes late and was extremely rude. However the owner Moe and two of his other employees were very apologetic. Moe made our experience worth the drama. Moe is an amazing owner and made a huge difference in our decision to stay and buy a vehicle
