Called these folk around 5:00pm July 14. Told them my car suddenly started cutting out. Google search and found them 20 miles away. Said he didn’t think he could fix it that night he was covered up. He didn’t want to give false hope about a quick fix. Got there he hooked it up and did a diagnostic. Number 5 cylinder had a Miss. changed the electronic ignition for that cylinder. Test drove it. Handed it back fix. I was back on the road by 6:45 with my wife and 3 grandchildren. 10 year old boy and two 7 year old girls. He really saved the day. And he called and checked on us a hour later making sure sure we were OK. Charged a fair price $

Absolutely, DO NOT take your vehicle to 259 Automotive. My experience has been a complete disaster. What should’ve been a straight forward repair turned into months of delays, miscommunication, and constant excuses. This all started in late January—and it’s now early June—and my vehicle is still not fixed. Once the job became a warranty issue, the owner, David, completely changed. He became rude, dismissive, and unreliable. Parts were replaced and re-replaced, the wrong parts were used, and diagnoses constantly changed with no clear answers. David blamed everyone but himself—O’Reilly’s parts, his contacts at a machine shop, even my vehicle—never once taking responsibility. Great place to go for work on your car always fast, caring and goes out of the way to get your car done as soon as possible. Always will help with rides if needed!! Also takes payments don't need all the money at once.

I can only share my parents experience they had with this shop. My parents were on their way back home from visiting families hours away from home. On their way home their car overheated so it was towed to this auto shop. My mother said that the service was excellent and the person who was fixing it changed his plans to accommodate my parents so they could head home the same day and not have to stay overnight in a hotel. He even told my parents to call him as soon as they got home to make sure they got home safe. I appreciate his treatment towards my parents. I've yet to meet an auto shop that would care like this. I'm thankful my parents were in good hands. Praise God 🙌

Had our engine in our car go out on the way to louisiana and everyone here helped the best they could and even let us hang out in the lobby with them for 5hrs until a tow truck arrived. Very good people. Blade(dog) was fun also!!!
