It’s a buy-here-pay-here lot. If your credit isn’t good enough for a traditional dealership, this is why you’re here. You can’t expect brand-new cars. The staff is actually nice. The lady is straightforward and she get to the point, but once you talk with her, she genuinely helpful. The man is nice as well. The cars are decent for what they are, and you’re allowed to bring your own mechanic to check them out. At the end of the day, this is an option for people rebuilding credit. Make your payments on time, and you’ll be fine. The people are respectful, and the experience is fair for what a buy-here-pay-here dealership offers.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible place, they way they treat you is horrible and how they do business it is as well. I went with my baby and husband. As soon as I came in a gentleman was there, where we politely said "Hi" and he stared back to us with a bad attitude and did not reply, my husband told me to leave but I told him, let's give it another chance. We looked a vehicle we liked (all of them stink on the inside of tabaco and weed), when I asked on the front, the lady never told us to come in or anything like that, just "do you have a question, what is it?" I asked her for a car that the down payment was listed a little bit over $1000, it was not a new or fairly new vehicle. Who ever the guy is that works there has always been helpful and cool. But whoever the lady is she always gives me bad energy every time I came. It’s like she has no interest in you being there. I asked about a Jeep Grand Cherokee and she said it has issues. I asked what kind and she replied “I don’t know”. I asked for the total price and she said $10K. After asking again she said it stalled and don’t know why. I told her for $10K she should at least know why the car stalled and tells me they have no mechanic. Again if you are selling a car, why not hire a mechanic to come look at the car? She then replied “You more than welcome to bring your own mechanic”. I did not respond and quietly walked out. Customer service is everything these days. It seems no one cares how they conduct business.

I was without transportation for over a year, went to several dealerships in the hopes of getting a car, however after spending several hours I was unable to because of my credit and them wanting over 4 grand down and a co-signer it was frustrating. I checked out 25th street auto sales and saw the car I wanted and with their down payment policy I was able to get the car I wanted with no high down payment and no co-signer I love my car and I’m grateful for 25th street auto sales making it possible for me.
