Highly recommend this shop! The work was done in a timely matter. Honest and up front. Made sure I was aware of what was being done before had and individual authorizations before work was done. This doesn’t seem like much but I had many bad experiences with mechanics in Tyler to date and it’s nice to find a good one. My family will continue to use them going forward.

I don’t trust most shops with my vehicle because Peltier dealerships have screwed me over several times. These guys at 2M are phenomenal. They are honest, up front and act with integrity to do the best work on your vehicle. Joe, in the office is great. He is super helpful and honest and I have confidence that he will guide me through any vehicle service needed. Best shop I have been to in a long time. I highly recommend 2M.

Very professional work done in a timely manner! They do an amazing job at communicating with you throughout the entire process of repairs, explaining the total costs in detail, and working with you throughout it all in a way that works for YOU! The employees are all also very personable and make you feel comfortable and confident in trusting them with repairs.

They (both Joes!) were SO helpful and knowledgeable, and 2M Auto was affordable. They were patient with me, took the time to explain the issue, and even came to my house to pick up a spare key since they had my car! They took their time diagnosing the issue (which ended up being a faulty key) and had great customer service. They just became my go to shop!

2M Automotive in Tyler did came through when I had a small issue after repairing my brake pads and rotors, they took care of it immediately and replaced the parts at no charge. Joe in the front office was great throughout the whole process—super professional, honest, and kept me updated. It’s hard to find a shop with that level of integrity and customer service, and I highly recommend them!
