Purchased a used car from these guys in the Fort Collins store before they moved to Loveland. I got the car inspected and my mechanic took videos comparing the inspection report I received from Mazda, and the issues he found. There were ALOT of discrepancies between the two. Many issues were safety and mechanical issues that Mazda either failed to report, or looked the other way. The car has been in their shop for more than half of the time I’ve owned it. I’ve tried to contact Ryan the GM over 14 times, left 4 voicemails, 3 emails and the secretary even physically wrote a note and put it on his door. We bought a Mazdavon Saturday 7th of Sept. We love it. More importantly was our salesman Daniel Mendoza-Radcliff. He truly listens to what you have to say, what you do and don't want, and does not try and cram what you don't want down your throat. We have left dealerships because of that, and went else where. Love the service department here. They go above and beyond and treat you like a valued customer. Joel is fantastic and while he may suggest some service options, it's not high pressure or painful. While I didn't buy my Mazda here, I will definitely look here first when I need a new car. Hopefully their sales department is as good!

You never want to have to take your vehicle in for repair, and unfortunately circumstances outside of my control have required me to take my Escape in for repair 4 times in the last two years. That said, the team in the service department continue to outdo themselves with their level of service to their customers. Hail damage, rear ending, you name it and they will fix it. Special shout out to Rosco, who I am on a first name basis with at this point. He is always very responsive and friendly, and will ensure that your vehicle is looking like new if you ever need it repaired. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next trip to the repair shop, but I certainly don't dread it like I used to!
