2nd Opinion Auto Center

I never even heard of these guys before and am typically not a guy who takes my cars to anyone. One day, my engine literally shut off going north bound on 121. I was able to cost off the freeway onto Carson St. I turned left and continued to coast onto their parking lot. I walked in and the nicest lady, Diane I believe, was at the front counter and greeted me. The first thing I asked was is this a auto repair shop to which she answered yes. I explained what had happened and we had a good laugh. I thought they were going to drain my a bunch of money like most shops do. I was so wrong. The owner, Sunny, called me and explained everything and told me the cost as well as gave me recommendations. The cost was extremely reasonable and got me on the road next day. I have been with 2nd Opinion for over 30 years. Started using them for my company trucks and then all my personal vehicles. Because their great service has never changed. This is mainly due to Sonny Russey who has been the manager of 2nd Opinion for over 30 years.

Just want to send a huge Thank you to Sonny and his crew. I was on 820 and had a blowout and managed to exit to Sonny shop which is not a tire shop. However, the guy’s excellent prompt customer service were able to change my tire out and get me back on the road within 30mins. I would suggest anyone with the need of any auto restoration etc. See these guys my services wasn’t even offered but they took care of me with no hesitation. I’ve been taking my vehicles to 2opinion for about 15 years. I know how to work on vehicles but I just don’t want to anymore. Sonny is very knowledgeable and has always treated me fair. I would highly recommend 2opinion for vehicle repairs and service. Good bunch of people there.

Minutes before closing and I had Our concern about a loose front end. I asked if they could kindly check it out to ensure that it was safe to drive home. . They were going to just look at it. However They brought the keys back. And told me it was fixed that the front end needed tightened. From a prior mechanic's work. . I could not believe that they handed me the keys and said have a nice day and that they wanted to ensure that I made it home safely Above All Else. . I tip the mechanic and inquired about further services. Little do they know that I buy and sell cars on the side and they will be getting all of our business from this point forward as their labor rate was more than competitive.
