3 BROTHER'S AUTO REPAIR

Most of the cars in the pictures for this place have NOT been fixed... They are falsely advertising My car as being fixed and that is a Bold-Face Lie!!! If I could, I would Not give ANY Stars!!!... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! Marvin destroyed engine in My BMW 645ci by smearing gasket-glue on the gaskets I paid him over $2,000 to fix!!! I called him & told him I know what he did & he needs to fix it, so he offered to install another motor (used). After over a month of waiting, all I have heard was excuses about how he can't fix it... All of a sudden he says I need a new key to be programmed to the car, but when I turned the car over to him, THE KEY WAS WORKING JUST FINE!!! I'm going to file a complaint against this shop & owner with the State of Florida as soon as I finish this review!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I called the day before and asked if they could service my car, which was overheating and needed coolant. I was told they could, and that walk-in service was available. The next morning, I arrived shortly after they opened. I went into the office, but no one was there. After waiting around 10 minutes, I went outside and asked two workers for help. They didn’t speak English, which wasn’t a problem—I was willing to wait. When another person arrived, I asked if he worked there. Instead of answering, he responded with an attitude, then went inside and came back out saying, “Let’s try this again,” in a condescending tone. At that point, I realized this was not the kind of service I was comfortable with. I asked again about the service I needed—

Very friendly, trusted with their promises, very well experienced , and highly recommended than going to a dealer ship.

Do not come here owner is money hungry and will make you pay for unnecessary parts save your money for a reliable shop if I could give 0 stars I would

The owner Marvin is an absolute professional whose expertise, prices and helpful input made my experience the best I have ever had.. The female secretaries and the workers were phenomenal. I already set up another appointment and by doing a bundle of work at one time am getting an even better price. Marvin also allowed me to purchase the parts myself and bring them in. This auto shop cannot be beat..
