I'm very disappointed with the vehicle purchased. The owner did provide great customer service however within 30 minutes of driving car of the lot it didn't want to turn on. Owner did send a mechanic however he did state fuel pump needed to be replaced. We were without a vehicle for three days. Once car was returned to us, within a week it turned off on us again. When explaining the situation to the owner, the customer service she previously provided on the day of the sale was not was I received. Instead she was extremely rude & snapped at me. My daughter signed lease on February 5th and she had only driven it one full week. Her first month's payment is up soon, yet she has no working vehicle. Ethan was great to work with. Very transparent on all of the information and helpful throughout the entire process. The process was short and sweet, he didn't try to sell me any nonsense like most dealerships I was in and out as I was able to get approved before arriving.
