I have been bringing my cars to Rich at 3 J's for many years and have never been anything less than fully satisfied. He knows his stuff, provides honest assessments with no pressure, and he's an all around good person to work with. 5 stars all around.

3 J’s is the only place i ever go to get my cars worked on. Rich is a solid mechanic and, perhaps even more importantly, an honest mechanic. Just the other day I went there fully expecting to need new brake pads on my Vette after several track days. Rich told me I was fine and the pads were not needed. He could have very easily said “yes” and billed me for the work and I would have never been the wiser. I went there to spend the money, and Rich wouldn’t let me! Bravo 3 J’s!

I was 30 miles from home and had a severe shake in the engine. I pulled into the nearest mechanic shop and the gentleman there came right out and figured out the issues within 5 minutes. Less than an hour later he had a new ignition coil installed and I was back on the road. Excellent shop and very honest. Thank you for helping me out today.

Matt is very passionate about his profession which consequently makes him amazing at his job as well as honest . I had a two hour drive back home and he even texted to make sure the car was all good . This place really cares. Kristen is at the front desk and treats you like a friend . She even gave me a ride to the appointment I had to get to l, but I was detoured by my engine light . She communicated with me throughout the day with options and analysis . I knew I was in good hands . I can’t recommend this place enough !!! Thank you Kristen and Matt!
