3 Minute Car Wash Free Vacuums

Took my SUV for the car wash asked attendant if it would remove bugs on front of vehicle his response " I don't know" decided to get the wash not only did the bugs come off there were lines of dirt where the brushes missed totally on parts of the hood and roof of the truck, well decided to speak to manager and see if we could put vehicle through again and was told it could not. The reason being was because the roller brush that normally does the hood and roofline was disabled because I had roof mounted racks and it is company policy to disable said roller. And was my fault for not reading their policy. Asked why the attendant did not alert me to this policy , was told this is not his job to make sure my vehicle is safe to have it washed. One of the best carwash experiences I've had. I know that sounds dramatic, but the staff was friendly. They told us about their unlimited promotion, but weren't pushy. They had shade over every parking space and free towels. On top of that they had two different vacuum heads and high-pressure air. Simply put, everything you need. I don't wash my car enough but if you wash it a lot I would consider doing their $10 a month unlimited service.

Yet another false advertising at it's best. Labeled free vacuums, vaccums aren't free without purchase. Labeled open and is closed with all the lights on but no power to any of the equipment. Talk about an extreme waste of electricity. Won't support a brand that falsely advertises and wastes excessive amounts of electricity.

Guy who was in the front taking payments (didn't get his name, white guy with long dreads) was very rude and unprofessional. He told me I was losing thousands of dollars on the worth of my car because I told him I didn't want the monthly membership, then when I didn't buy the most expensive wash he told me I was wasting my time because I was just buying water and walked away. I don't come to car washes to be harassed by employees for not doing what they want. 10/10 will not be coming to this location again.

So I tried super Star car Wash because I got a coupon for half off. I like the service I like the self-serve Bay's free vacuuming free rags I was actually so happy with super Star car Wash that I joined their unlimited car washes for $17 a month program ****UPDATE*** I HAVE CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP, TOO MANY ISSUES FROM THE WASH TO THE LACK OF NO CLEAN RAGS TO THE AIR HOSES AND VACUUMS NOT WORKING
